These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ph king platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the ph king website located at ph-king.app. By using the ph king platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

ph king reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access ph king commits a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

To access the full range of ph king's gaming services, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ph king platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph king's customer support team immediately. ph king will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

ph king supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of locally supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the ph king platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;

Any funds deposited into your ph king account that are found to have originated from fraudulent, illegal, or disputed transactions will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. ph king cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and financial regulatory authorities in all such matters.

ph king offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ph king promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;

All content on the ph king platform — including but not limited to the ph king name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph king or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph king platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph king content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ph king content;
• Use ph king's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the ph king platform.

ph king collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on ph king, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph king implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph king cannot guarantee absolute security.

ph king will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to operate the platform lawfully and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

ph king is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being fun, or if you feel that your gaming behaviour is causing financial or personal harm, ph king encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph king account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph king platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph king, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph king platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or internet connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services.

ph king's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph king's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph king reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with ph king's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your ph king account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph king operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph king, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. ph king is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph king reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph king will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph king platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the ph king platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.
